- Instant Booking - By connecting your properties through Guesty, your availability calendar is automatically synced with our platform; meaning:
- Your property availability is always up to date
- Guests can instantly book directly on our platform

- Dynamic Pricing - When connected via Guesty, our platform performs a daily sync (every midnight) to pull the seasonal pricing.

- Your properties are automatically listed on our platform
- Listings are updated without manual intervention
- You can manage everything from one place
- Daily sync - Our platform syncs with Guesty every midnight to ensure all data stays updated including:
- Pictures
- Property details and descriptions
- Amenities and additional information
- Pricing
Any changes you make in Guesty are automatically reflected on our platform, so you don't need to update anything twice.
Getting started
After a showcase call with our onboarding team, follow the steps below
- Sign in to your Guesty dashboard.
- On the left-hand menu, go to "Marketing and Sales".
- Click on "Channel management" and then "Distribution".
- Scroll down to find VivreStays and click on "Connect to VivreStays".
- Tick the boxes confirming:
- "I've already signed up."
- "I am aware the channel may require additional information."
- Click "Continue to connect listings"
- Set your cancellation policy and click "Next" in the top-right corner.
- Select the specific listings (or all listings) you would like to apply the cancellation policy to.
- Click "Done" to complete the connection process.
What happens next?
- Your properties will appear in Pending status on the Guesty page.
- Someone from our onboarding team will get in touch if not already and approve your account.
- You will receive your VivreStays login credentials via email.
Final steps
Once you receive your login details:
- Login to your VivreStays account
- Review and sign the contract
- Push your properties live
After this, your listings will be fully active and bookable on VivreStays.
