About NextPax

NextPax is a rental channel manager that allows property owners and managers to distribute their listings across multiple booking platforms from one central system. It connects your properties to OTAs, enabling you to manage:

• Availability
• Pricing
• Property content (pictures, descriptions, amenities, etc)

How this integration works

1. Instant Booking - By connecting your properties through NextPax, your availability calendar is automatically synced with our platform; meaning:
   • Your property availability is always up to date
   • Guests can instantly book directly on our platform
   • No risk of double bookings due to real-time calendar updates
2. Dynamic Pricing - When connected via NextPax, our platform performs a daily sync (every midnight) to pull the seasonal pricing.
3. Seamless integration - There's no need for manual uploads or repeated checks. With just a few clicks through NextPax:
   • Your properties are automatically listed on our platform
   • Listings are updated without manual intervention
   • You can manage everything from one place
4. Daily sync - Our platform syncs with NextPax every midnight to ensure all data stays updated including:
   • Pictures
   • Property details and descriptions
   • Amenities and additional information
   • Pricing

   Any changes you make in NextPax are automatically reflected on our platform, so you don't need to update anything twice.

Getting started

After a showcase call with our onboarding team, you will receive your VivreStays login credentials.

Initial setup

Once you receive your login details:

• Log in to your VivreStays account
• Review and sign the contract
• Complete the required setup (Enable 2FA, add bank details, reset your password)

Connecting NextPax to VivreStays

1. Log in to your NextPax Core account.
2. Navigate to Properties from the left-hand menu.
3. Search for your property and open the relevant listing.
4. Open the General tab.
5. Copy the NextPax Property ID.
6. Use this ID as your Property Manager Code (pmCode) in VivreStays.
7. In NextPax Core, navigate to Channels.
8. Open the Property Overview tab.
9. Select VivreStays from the channel dropdown menu.
10. Choose the accommodation(s) you wish to distribute to VivreStays.
11. Click Enable below the selected channel.
12. Select either Rates & Availability Only or Full Content.
13. Save your changes and allow NextPax to process the distribution.
14. Log in to your VivreStays account.
15. Navigate to Connectivity from the left-hand menu.
16. Select NextPax from the Channel Manager list.
17. Enter your NextPax Property Manager Code (pmCode).
18. Click Verify and Lock.

Once verified, your NextPax connection will be securely linked to your VivreStays account.

What happens next?

• Your NextPax connection status will change to Connected
• Available properties will be imported into your VivreStays dashboard
• New properties can be synced directly from NextPax
• Your listings will appear in the My Listings section

Managing your listings

1. Click Sync New to import any newly connected properties from NextPax.
2. Once imported, listings can be activated individually or in bulk using Activate All.

Active listings are visible on the VivreStays portal and available to receive bookings. Enable Auto-approve new listings to automatically activate newly imported properties as soon as they are synced from NextPax.

Final steps

Once your listings have been imported:

1. Review your property information.
2. Ensure all desired listings are active.
3. Review and sign your VivreStays agreement (if not already completed).
4. Publish your properties.

After this, your listings will be fully active and bookable on VivreStays.
