Detailed tutorial for onboarding, setup, and daily usage in the Owner's Portal.

Step 1: Sign In

Log in to your VivreStays account using the credentials provided via email.

Step 2: Supply Partner Agreement

Once logged in, you will be prompted to review the Supply Partner Agreement.

  • Please take a moment to read through the agreement carefully.
  • If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our team.
  • Note: You must sign the agreement before accessing any other features on the portal.

Step 3: Profile Setup

Navigate to the "Profile" section to

  • Update your business details
  • Change your password

Step 4: Enable 2FA

We recommend that you enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for additional safety of your account.

Step 5: Payment Setup

Go to the "Payment setup" tab to add your bank details.

Note: Only 1 bank account can be added per VivreStays account.

How do payments work?

  • VivreStays collects payment from the clients
  • A 12% commission is deducted at source
  • The remaining amount is paid to your registered bank account
  • Payment is made on the day of check-in
  • You are paid upfront for the full stay

Once the above steps are completed, your account is set-up.

Dashboard Overview:

In the "Dashboard" tab, you can view-

  • Total number of live properties on the platform
  • Total income generated through the platform
  • A graph showing booking performance throughout the year

Properties:

All your properties will be displayed in this tab.

  • Pending properties: Any properties with missing information will be displayed in the pending properties section. These properties are not live or bookable on the platform.
  • Active properties: These are all live and bookable listings.
  • Blocked properties: Any properties ongoing maintenance, temporary unavailability or are no longer managed by you can be blocked.

Booking management:

All bookings (active, cancelled or pending) can be viewed and managed in the "Booking management" tab.

Invoices:

All invoices can be downloaded from the "Invoices" tab.

Connectivity:

This tab allows you to onboard your properties via channel managers like Hostaway, NextPax, etc.

Once everything is added, your properties will be live and ready to start receiving bookings.
